This bathroom in Fairfield was outdated and needed some help. Drains were running slowly, the toilet was not always flushing completely (the plunger was never far away!), the wiring was not up to code and in some instances unsafe, and the style was in the 70's. Within 2 weeks, and for less than $11,000.00, CCU modernized this bathroom and  created a beautiful attribute to the grace and style of this 1950's cape.
At CCU we treat your bathroom project as if it were our own. We will design a bath that will serve the function you desire and will best suit the style of your home. If we don't have the answers about a specific product, design issue or problem, we address the issue and find the experts to answer our clients questions. At CCU our goal is to help you acheive a beautiful and trouble free bathroom for many years to come.

Kitchens With Class
This kitchen was remodeled as part of one of our fire damage claims. The homeowner upgraded the quality and quantity of this kitchen.
CCU re-worked the space, new ceramic tile floors, toe kick heaters, lighting and electrical to fit the new plan and we were able to get their new kitchen installed quickly.

This kitchen was also done as part of an insurance claim CCU did in the fall of 2011 after hurricane Irene sent 20" of salt water through the entire first floor of this Branford home.
The insurance company only allowed for the lower and pantry cabinets to be replaced. The original cabinets were over 10 years old and CCU could not find a close enough match in color and door style available without ordering an entire new kitchen ... so we sent the doors out to be refinished, added new hinges, and hardware and then rebuilt the cabinets using furniture grade plywood. We then stained and sealed the new cabinets to match the existing, reinstalled the existing granite counter tops and as you can see in the photos, the new kitchen looks great!
Kitchen remodeling is an art. There are many design aspects which need to come together for a kitchen to be more than just a place to prepare food. It requires total coordination between the homeowner, CCU, our kitchen designer and all the sub contractors. Plumbing and heating must be carefully evaluated and re-fitted as needed. Electrical and lighting has to be properly planned to make sure that the kitchen is evenly lit, not only for ease of use but also to show off the beauty of your investment. A quality kitchen adds value to your home as well as a sense of pride to your life.
Bathrooms
A young couple in Meriden purchased this home and decided the kitchen was very out dated ... couldn't have agreed more. With some structural changes, removing a few walls and adding a 'StrongBack' beam in the attic this kitchen was totally transformed!
Now the family can enjoy the updated kitchen ...kids can snack or do homework on the raised island, meals can be easily prepared in this bright functional space and an outdoor feast is only a few feet away through the new sliding door.
